- In this class you will learn Cheng Man Ching's 37 posture short-form. This class is focused on the principles of relaxation, posture, and concentration rather than the martial aspects. The benefits of T'ai Chi practice include, flexibility, relaxation of the body, mind, and spirit and an overall feeling of wellness.
